Our Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide quality choral musical programs of a diverse make-up and broad appeal to Ocean County areas. We will continue to reach out to the underserved constituencies and strive to enliven their spirit. We will keep alive some of the great musical heritage of the past, while delivering current selections.

Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is to use the art of music to foster a sense of community, and family to our participants and audiences. With pride we are the longest-standing, professionally directed and accompanied volunteer community Chorus in Ocean County.

 Fundraisers

Boscov's Friends Helping Friends-OC Mall TR
Last year's fundraiser was held  October 17,  2017.
Five dollar donations were collected to receive a 25% Boscovs discount that was used repeatedly and on top of sale prices, all day from 9am-11pm at any Boscovs in the New England area.

The Island Singers performed at Boscovs/Ocean County Mall's Food Court area on Saturday, October 17, 2015, during the FHF Event. What a wonderful experience as shoppers stopped to smile and receive a free concert from The Island Singers.
This has been our most profitable fundraiser in 30 years.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!

Old Monmouth Candy
We will be selling Old Monmouth Candy starting in February, 2018 for  Easter/Passover. We have colorful brochures available for distribution. This should be an exciting and profitable upcoming fundraiser for the Island Singers. Please contact our Vice President, Nicky Sluker at 732-597-0101 if you would like to help with this fundraiser.
